APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

Online coaching Sessions may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice of the commencement of the sessions. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may forfeit the payment for that session if a replacement cannot be found at the time of subscription.

If you arrive for a session late, it might be shortened to end at the prearranged time and you will be charged for the full session for such coaching session.
